Happy birthday, America! I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday weekend. As a reminder, no practice today or tomorrow.

We will see everyone at practice Tuesday evening or at the dive meet for our divers.

This week’s swim meet will be at Plainview against Glen Oaks. Please arrive by 4:15 for warmups.

Don’t forget to RSVP your Pasta Party form. We will enjoy pasta, laugh at the coaches skit. and at dark, we will watch Sing 2 on the pool deck.

There are 2 weeks left in the season and it is going to be busy, but a blast.
